I'm excited to share this week's recipe with you: Savory Breakfast Biscuits that are perfect for busy mornings or meal prep!

These biscuits combine flavorful pork sausage with sweet red bell peppers and melted cheddar cheese, all baked into convenient handheld portions. With just 20 minutes from start to finish, they're an easy option when you need something quick.

The best part? They store beautifully! Keep them in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze them for up to two months. Just grab one (or two!) and you're good to go.

Feel free to customize them with your favorite additions. Chili flakes for some heat, onion for extra flavor, or swap the almond flour for gluten-free or brown rice flour if that works better for you.
