Subscription Policy

Our Clubs (e.g. Fork That Kitchen Club) and paid newsletter are monthly subscriptions that you can cancel anytime online through your account.

No partial refunds are provided. When you cancel, you'll retain full access through the end of your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew for the following month.

Coaching Programs

The Focused Forward Coaching Intensive is a one-time investment, not a subscription.

No refunds are provided because transformation requires commitment and these spots are limited. Life happens, I get it, but I also believe in your ability to prioritize yourself.

That said, I’m not an asshole. If life throws you a genuine curveball after you register, just reach out at [email protected] with your name and the intensive session you registered for and we can either reschedule entirely or adjust the spacing of your sessions.

Workshops

Our workshops are a one-time investment, not a subscription.

While all workshop purchases are non-refundable, we believe in supporting your journey, not punishing you for being human.

Here's what we offer instead:

• Free transfer to any future workshop, no questions asked
• Transfer deadline is up to 24 hours before your registered workshop starts. Once digital materials are published to registrants, the transfer window closes. 
• Future workshops run at least monthly so you won't be waiting long to jump back in

How to transfer: Simply email us at [email protected] with your name and the date you’re registered for and we’ll find a new date that works for your situation.

Digital Downloads

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete and the digital content has been made available for download.
