This recipe is packed with good stuff. The turkey sausage in this recipe provides a good source of protein, cremini mushrooms are a good source of Vitamin D, basil leaves provide Vitamin K, and the potatoes in the gnocchi bring the Vitamin C and Potassium.
But the best part about this recipe is the leftovers. Cook once, eat for days!
