I believe that lasting change flows naturally from understanding what energizes and inspires you, and then building on that. This is why my coaching philosophy is rooted in compassionate coaching for all eight dimensions of wellness. 

Instead of just looking at your diet or exercise routine, we examine your whole life:  physical health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, stress levels, and what actually drives you to change. Then we use those insights to achieve not just your goals, but your dreams

Nutrition was my passion long before perimenopause crashed the party, so this certification was always part of the plan.
