Finding Your True North
Session 1 (11am Central)
Before you can navigate any journey, you need an honest assessment of where you are and where you're headed.
In our first session, we'll assess your current menopause stage and needs without judgment or minimizing, then set your True North for this life phase.
By the end of this session, you'll have:
- Complete clarity on what what support you need for the stage of menopause you're in
- A personal True North to guide you through this phase of life
- Your top 2-3 transformation priorities

Testing the Waters
Session 2 (12:30pm Central)
The space between where you are and where you want to be is where transformation happens.
In this session, we'll design your personalized roadmap and teach you to safely explore what actually works for YOUR unique situation.
By the end of this session, you'll have:
- A framework to explore what works for you
- Techniques to turn challenges into fuel for growth
- Defined boundaries to cultivate relationships that energize you

Becoming Unshakable
Session 3 (2pm Central)
You've found your direction and charted your course. Now it's time to make your transformation unshakeable.
In this session, we'll build your support system and give you advanced techniques to sustain your changes through whatever life throws your way.
By the end of this session, you'll have:
- A defined personal support network and boundaries strategy
- Daily habits designed to create positive changes
- An emergency toolkit to maintain progress throughout life's inevitable challenges
